Terms of Service
Last updated 18 July 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of Proversial (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Proversial on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. What Proversial does
Proversial tracks how your brand appears in the answers of large language models. Each day we run the prompts you configure against supported AI models, detect whether and where your brand surfaces, and present the results and recommendations in a dashboard and (on eligible plans) via an API.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Plans, billing & cancellation
- Paid plans (currently Basic €30/mo, Advanced €100/mo, and Custom) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Your price is fixed at the amount shown when you subscribe; later changes to list prices do not affect your existing subscription unless you change plans.
- You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights;
- exceed the limits of your plan, or attempt to circumvent access, rate, or usage controls;
- reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service or API beyond what your plan permits;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Results & accuracy
Visibility results are produced by third-party AI models and automated scoring. AI outputs vary and can be incomplete or wrong, and rankings are best-effort estimates, not guarantees. The Service is provided for informational purposes and is not professional, legal, financial, or marketing advice. You are responsible for how you act on the results.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software and design. You own the content you submit (brands, topics, prompts) and the results generated for you; you grant us the license needed to process that content in order to provide the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (AI model providers, Stripe, Google Cloud). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and your use of the Service is also subject to their terms where applicable.
8. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay, or as needed to comply with law or protect the Service.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Proversial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms. For material changes to these Terms we will update the date above and notify you; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by French law, and any disputes are subject to the competent courts of France. Proversial is a business established in France. Contact: contact@proversial.com.
